Are you looking for an opportunity to utilize your call center or billing skills in a professional medical setting? This opportunity is right for you! We are seeking call center representatives to join our Patient Account Resolution team to best assist the patients of Allina Health with their medical billing concerns. High School Graduate or equivalent

This role is responsible for, Handling inbound calls, with the ability to effectively communicate as demonstrated through professional written and verbal skills with our patients. Utilize professional communication skills in order to resolve patient balances. Listen to patient concerns, attempt to reach a resolution, refer calls/accounts to the appropriate area at the facility if needed.

Education

High School Graduate or equivalent

Qualification/Skills

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of call center, medical billing, insurance, or collections experience
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Able to effectively communicate through professional written and verbal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills

Work Schedule

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8 AM - 4:30 PM
  • No weekends
  • Non-contract Benefit Eligible
