United Hospital, located in downtown St. Paul, Minn., is the largest hospital in the Twin Cities east metro area, providing innovative services and programs, such as the Nasseff Heart Center, United Heart; Vascular Clinic and Vascular Center; neuroscience care through the John Nasseff Neuroscience Institute for the treatment of brain aneurisms, Bentson Family Foundation Neurological Intensive Care Unit, Brain Tumor Center and the Nasseff Neuroscience Center; as well as psychiatry, womens health, surgical, rehabilitation and emergency services.   • Accountable for sustaining and improving daily operations of the United Heart & Vascular Clinic's Electrophysiology Clinic's financial, clinical and employee care goals
  • This role works in a leadership partner model with the medical director and operations director
  • Clinical program design
  • Care improvement
  • Service, patient safety and risk management
  • Serve as an internal resource for operational improvement program development and implementation
  • Participate in cross-functional teams or special committees as may be required
  • Involvement with local community – positive representation within the community
  • Leadership and staff development
  • Ensure front-end processes of the revenue and collection cycles are implemented and effectively managed
  • Lead and coordinate annual site budget process
  • Coordinate site capital planning process
  • Lead site compliance goal
  • Coordinate with lead physician to monitor monthly budget performance
  • Exercise supervision of up to 35 non-exempt FTEs

Education

  • Bachelors degree, RN preferred

Qualification/Skills

Experience

  • Two years healthcare supervisory experience, cardiology experience preferred
